(1) Where can I redeem my Coin to play Onederful Wallet?
Step 1: The Onederful Wallet page is located in your Lazada Wallet section. To go to the Lazada Wallet section, click on ‘Lazada Wallet’ at the ‘Account’ page.
Step 2: Once you are at the Lazada Wallet page, click on ‘Onederful Wallet’ to access the game.
Step 3: Click on ‘Redeem to Play’ to redeem your Coin. Then, you may click ‘Play Now’ and choose the Hot Deals item that you want. Good luck!
(2) How many times can I redeem my Coins?
You can only redeem one time per day for the duration of the campaign.
(3) I am unable to redeem my Coins for this month. Why can’t I redeem?
The Coin redemption is no longer available once the maximum redemption limit allocated for the campaign has fully utilised.
(4) How many Coins are needed for the redemption?
You only need one (1) Coin for the redemption. Once redeemed, the Coin will be converted to a certain value and will be loaded into your Lazada Wallet under Rebate section.
(5) Will the rebate expire?
The rebate is valid for seven (7) days, so please utilise it before it expires. The rebate expiry is also reflected in the Onederful Wallet page as shown in Step (3).
(6) Will I get back my Coin if I didn’t win?
If you did not win, the amount will be refunded into your Lazada Wallet, under the Rebate section. Therefore, no coins will be reissued.
(7) I don’t have enough coins. Can I still participate?
If you do not have enough Coin to redeem at the moment, simply participate in missions and activities to earn more Coins! Click here to get started!
